The Community Development Department is in the process of reviewing the Winery Ordinance for potential revisions to incorporate into an updated Winery Ordinance. The Community Development Department welcomes public comments and suggestions for revising the Winery Ordinance. A public meeting will be held at the Public Health Auditorium located at 1601 E. Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205 on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. to receive suggested revisions to the Winery Ordinance. All interested persons are invited to attend and submit comments. If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may also submit your comments in writing to the Community Development Department by January 31, 2014 at the following address:
