Below is a Notice of Public Hearing for a report to the Board of Supervisors regarding the Winery Ordinance Enforcement Program. The report requests that the Board of Supervisors provide direction to the Community Development Department regarding the preparation of the Winery Ordinance Enforcement Program and is NOT an approval of a Winery Ordinance Enforcement Program. The report to the Board of Supervisors will be available for viewing on the Community Development Department’s website prior to the December 15th hearing.
